At Ajnaia, we aim to provide a professional, supportive and positive experience across all our services and digital products.

Please read this policy before purchasing or booking. It explains how cancellations, appointment changes, refunds and digital purchases are handled.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.

1. Bookings and Payments

Payment is required in advance for all booked services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This policy applies to:

  • Personal Tarot Readings, including live and recorded readings.

  • Energy Healing sessions, including live and recorded services.

  • Coaching and mentoring services.

  • Online workshops, webinars and courses.

  • Digital products, recordings and downloadable materials.

  • Tarot & Healing eGift Cards.

2. Live Appointments — Cancellation and Rescheduling

Once your appointment has been confirmed, the time is reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to request a change to your appointment.

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may be declined or subject to an agreed administration charge.

  • Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered at my discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

Outside any applicable statutory cancellation period or other legal entitlement, refunds are not routinely offered for changes of mind or personal scheduling changes.

Where a client cancels rather than reschedules, any cancellation charge or deduction will be reasonable and proportionate to the losses and costs incurred.

Any refund legally due will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

Please join your appointment promptly and ensure your telephone, internet connection and other equipment are working beforehand.

A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

If you do not attend your appointment or contact us, the session may be treated as a missed appointment.

Where a booking is missed without notice, reasonable cancellation charges may apply, taking into account the circumstances and any actual losses incurred.

If technical difficulties arise, we will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative way to complete the session.

4. Recorded Tarot Readings and Energy Healing Services

Recorded services are individually prepared following your purchase.

If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where the service has started within the statutory cancellation period at your express request, any amount payable following a lawful cancellation will reflect the work already performed, as required by applicable law.

Where the service has been completed in full following the necessary consent and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may no longer apply.

Once a personalised recording has been delivered, refunds will not ordinarily be offered for a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

5. Digital Products, Downloads and Online Courses

Digital products may include downloadable guides, workbooks, prerecorded courses, audio recordings, videos and other digital materials.

For digital content supplied immediately, you may be asked at checkout to:

  • Expressly consent to receiving the digital content before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

  • Acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the digital supply begins.

Where these requirements are validly completed and digital delivery begins, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right will normally be lost.

If access has not begun, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

Any defective digital content will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

6. Live Workshops, Webinars and Coaching Programmes

For scheduled online workshops, webinars, coaching programmes or group sessions, the relevant booking page will explain the dates, delivery arrangements and any additional participation conditions.

Requests to transfer to an alternative session may be considered where places are available.

Where participation has already begun, any refund or cancellation entitlement will depend on the nature of the service, work completed and applicable statutory rights.

No particular personal, professional or financial outcome is guaranteed.

7. Tarot & Healing eGift Cards

Ajnaia eGift Cards may be purchased for personal use or as a gift.

  • Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase, as stated at checkout.

  • They may be used towards eligible spiritual services offered by Ajnaia.

  • Any unused balance may be applied to a future eligible purchase during the card's validity period.

  • If the selected service costs more than the available balance, the recipient may pay the difference.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for cash value.

  • Gift cards should be treated as valuable purchase codes and kept secure.

Gift card purchases are not ordinarily refundable for a change of mind, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Any statutory rights and requirements of fairness continue to apply.

8. If Ajnaia Cancels or Cannot Provide a Service

If we need to cancel an appointment or cannot provide a purchased service, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

You will be offered an alternative appointment or, where appropriate, a refund for the service not provided.

If an alternative appointment is unsuitable, a refund will be provided where required by law.

9. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing services or digital products online will generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period, subject to applicable exceptions and rules relating to early performance and digital delivery.

For services requested to begin during this period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already completed if you subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right.

Where a service has been fully performed following the necessary express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may be lost.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Requesting a Cancellation, Reschedule or Refund

Please contact:

Please include your name, booking or order reference, the relevant service and the reason for your request.

Requests will be reviewed fairly, taking into account the booking terms, services already supplied and applicable consumer law.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version provided or made available at the time of booking, subject to statutory requirements.
