Terms of use
AmbilaNath.com reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift card at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we, therefore, recommend you read them carefully.
Life Store gift card remain the property of AmbilaNath.com who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of Gift Card.

Gift card will be emailed to the recipient within 48 hours of payment being cleared

Customers can pay an additional amount, at time of booking, to go for a higher priced product

The Gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash.

This Gift card is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

If a Gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

VALIDITY
Your Life Store Gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation, after which the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
LOST/DAMAGED
In cases where your Gift card is lost, AmbilaNath.com will be able to replace the card as long as you can provide the necessary details proving your purchase: date of purchase, name of purchaser, name of person gift card for, proof of payment
USE OF LIFE STORE GIFT CARD
The Gift card must be redeemed in full on a single booking.
Gift card will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any Gift card that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
