Over 40 minutes, we work gently but intentionally to clear stagnant emotional residue, calm the nervous system, and stabilise your energetic field. The focus is not quick uplift — it’s deep recalibration. This session is ideal if you: • Feel emotionally drained or energetically heavy • Have been carrying stress, grief, or overwhelm • Need a grounded reset • Want to restore clarity and internal steadiness Deep restorative work supports your mind and body in returning to a more regulated, centred state — so you can move forward with clarity rather than fatigue. **🌿 Energy Healing Session – Cancellation Policy 🌿** To ensure that time and energy are honoured on both sides, please review the following cancellation policy when booking your session: 💫 **48-Hour Notice Required** If you need to cancel or reschedule your energy healing session, I kindly ask that you provide **at least 48 hours' notice**. This allows space for someone else who may be waiting for an appointment. 🗓 **Rescheduling** With a **minimum of 48 hours’ notice**, your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost and at a time that works for us both. 🚫 **No Refunds** Cancellations made with **less than 48 hours’ notice**, or missed sessions without communication, are considered **non-refundable**.
