We just want to go through a few things to get you set up and ready for your call.

We have sent you a confirmation of your call date and time via email, please make sure that you put it in your calendar right away!

In the email you will get your session information with a Zoom link. Please make sure you are ready and set up for the call 5 minutes beforehand.
Please perform these checks ahead of our call
💫​ device has enough power (if using battery only)
💫​ all computer updates are done (device, Zoom and broswer)

If you are more than 5 minutes late the call will be cancelled and you will not be able to reschedule another one (unless there is a legitimate emergency).

If you miss your call your spot will go to the next person in line.

Please make sure you are in a quiet room and not in a noisy environment.

If you/we are unable to hear one another on the call, the call will be cancelled and you will not be able to reschedule another.
