Energy Healing Terms & Conditions

1.    Payments must be made in advance of session.

 

2.    By booking your appointment it is understood that you agree to all of these terms and conditions

 

3.    It is your responsibility to show up at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you miss your time slot your appointment will be forfeit

 

4.    Please give 24 hrs notice if you wish to cancel a session to receive a full refund

 

5.    In the event of exceptional circumstances and where 24 hour notice is given, a session can be rescheduled. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange this with AmbilaNath.com

 

6.    If you are running late for the start time of your session, we will allow a 10 min delay time, after which the session may need to be rescheduled or it will be automatically cancelled without a refund

 

7.    1 reschedule is allowed per original appointment at our discretion. After which your appointment becomes forfeit and no refunds will be given. A 48 hour notice is required for this

 

8.  Appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person

 

9.  AmbilaNath.com reserves the right to decline or cancel a session for whatever reason

 

10.  Once an appointment has been confirmed it is the responsibility of the client to prepare for the healing by being on time for the call and with a charged device to last for at least an hour. If the client does not prepare, either by not answering the call, or not having sufficient charge on their device, they will forfeit their session

 

11.  If you’re connecting via the internet using WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype or Phone and you have poor internet connection issues, technological malfunction or failure you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment just once. A refund will not be given if this problem occurs again. You agree to switch over to the telephone number provided so your reading can continue during your appointed time. No extra time will be given

 

12.  Please ensure you leave the correct contact details at time of booking

 

13.  If you're not happy within the first 10 minutes of your session, please make us aware of this AT THE TIME OF YOUR SESSION NOT RETROSPECTIVELY and we will fully refund - no questions asked

 

14. We love clients who are kind, honest, personally responsible and respectful of people's time.  We do not tolerate any form of abuse.  We believe in treating others as we wish to be treated ourselves

 

15.  Remember, you will only release what your body is ready for, at the time of your session.

 

16. The healing will only work, when you and your body are open and not resistant.

 

17. You will not be asked, at any time by AmbilaNath.com, to remove any clothing during the session.

 

18.  We do not diagnose or provide medical advice.  Our services are not a substitute for these professional services and we recommend that you contact the relevant, professional, qualified advisor if your query is of this nature.

 

19.  We make no guarantees of any particular outcome although we do promise to provide our best professional efforts, skills and care and to deliver the services as advertised.

Pre-screening calls

Before your appointment, I will call you to go through a short series of questions with you to make sure that a face to face consultation would be appropriate.

To keep everyone safe, I cannot treat people face to face if they have been diagnosed with or have symptoms of COVID-19, or if they have been in close contact with someone who has, in the last 14 days. 

 

Safety in the clinic

For appointments at My Home, please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible. Please wear a protective face mask. I will greet you at the door and provide some hand sanitiser gel and will accompany you straight through to the room.

 

Safety in the room

We allow a gap in between appointments to prevent overlap and to aerate the room.

 

All surfaces used (such as the treatment couch, door handles, chair, wipeable pillow etc) are sanitised between patients. All soft furnishings in my home are washed regularly (but you will not be in contact with any of them).

 

I will be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) include face mask and washing hands regularly.

 

Telehealth

If you are concerned for any reason about having face to face treatment (for example if you or someone you live with have underlying health conditions) I am also able to offer remote consultations. It would mean no hands on therapy but I would be able to provide you with the same intensive healing as if it were face to face.
